Job summary

Creative Support seeks a Registered Service Manager in Blackpool, Lancashire, to co-manage nine learning disability supported living services. This full-time role works alongside an established RSM to ensure high-quality care and compliance across a diverse portfolio.

You will lead local teams, develop service excellence, and contribute to strategic planning while maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders in the North West.

Qualifications
