Cynergy Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a well-established nursing home in Worthing, West Sussex. This full-time permanent role offers day or night shifts, paid breaks, and opportunities for ongoing training and progression within a family-owned organisation.

You will deliver safe, person-centred nursing care, administer medications, and lead the care team to maintain high clinical standards and governance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.

We're recruiting on behalf of an ambitious, family-owned care provider seeking Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN) to join a well-established nursing home in Worthing, West Sussex.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, effective and person-centred nursing care while leading and supporting the care team throughout each shift.

You'll work closely with the Home Manager and wider clinical team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care and that clinical governance, medication management and documentation are maintained to an excellent standard.

Both day and night positions are available.
