• Support and guide care colleagues to maintain high standards during each shift.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence and individual choices.
• Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and external healthcare professionals.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, infection control and clinical practice.
• Work with the wider nursing and management team to ensure high-quality care.
