Job summary

Willing Recruitment is assisting a family-run nursing home in Pontypridd to recruit an RN/RMN on day shifts or night shifts. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care for older adults in a welcoming setting.

Essential: NMC registration (RGN/RMN) and at least two years' nursing home experience, with strong communication. You will document care plans, administer medications, and work closely with the team to maintain safety and compassion.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.

What We're Looking For

Your Role

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
• Administer medications and carry out clinical assessments in accordance with NMC guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans.
• Monitor residents' health, responding promptly to any changes in condition.
• Lead and support Care Assistants, promoting best practice across the team.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to creating a warm, respectful, and homely environment where residents feel valued and supported.
