Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents in our care home. You’ll use your clinical judgement to deliver safe, person-centred care and support residents and their families.

With current NMC registration, you’ll develop tailored care plans, carry out risk assessments and administer medicines safely. This role offers autonomy, ongoing training and a supportive team in a compassionate, nationwide UK provider.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans for residents.
