Job summary

Exemplar Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse for Lonnen Grove in Rotherham. You will provide person-centred nursing care to adults with learning disabilities, delivering skilled clinical nursing, medication administration and health promotion within a stable, supportive team.

Applicants must hold an NMC PIN and be qualified as an RN (RGN/RMN/RNLD). The role offers strong training, development paths and a values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
Experience as a Registered Nurse in adult/learning disability settings is preferred.
Ability to coach, teach and support colleagues with a calm, compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan and provide person-centred nursing care.
Safely administer medications and monitor health status.
Promote health and wellbeing of residents.
Act as Nurse in Charge on shift when required.
Manage behaviours of concern with professional care and de-escalation.
Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect.
