Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with an NMC PIN is required.
• Registered Nurse with Adult, Mental Health or Learning Disability background.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and provide person-centred nursing care for residents.
• Safe administration of medications.
• Promote health and wellbeing of residents.
• Be the Nurse in Charge of a small unit on shift.
• Manage behaviours of concern and promote dignity and independence.
• Act as a role model, coach and support colleagues.
