Job summary

Exemplar Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse for Lonnen Grove in Rotherham. You will provide person-centred nursing care to adults with learning disabilities, delivering skilled clinical nursing, medication administration and health promotion within a stable, supportive team.

Applicants must hold an NMC PIN and be qualified as an RN (RGN/RMN/RNLD). The role offers strong training, development paths and a values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience as a Registered Nurse in adult/learning disability settings is preferred.
• Ability to coach, teach and support colleagues with a calm, compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and provide person-centred nursing care.
• Safely administer medications and monitor health status.
• Promote health and wellbeing of residents.
• Act as Nurse in Charge on shift when required.
• Manage behaviours of concern with professional care and de-escalation.
• Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect.

About the role

This is a highly skilled nursing role where you'll be accountable and responsible for supporting people's holistic needs. It requires a range of clinical and nursing skills.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• assessing, planning and providing person-centred nursingcare for the people we support
