Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments and contribute to person-centred care plans, ensuring safe medicines management in line with NMC standards.
• Deliver holistic, high-quality care that meets residents' physical, emotional, and mental health needs, promoting comfort, dignity, and continuity of care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure care environment, following infection control, health & safety, safeguarding, and security procedures.
• Work in accordance with the NMC Code, maintain accurate records and reporting incidents, risks, concerns, or complaints appropriately.
• Lead, support, and supervise care staff, contributing to training and development, and working closely with the management team in meetings and service improvement.
