Renaissance Care (Scotland) in Whitecraigs is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team on a 33.75-hour week, day shift. You will lead care, lifestyle, and wellbeing for residents while mentoring colleagues.

You will document care plans using Nourish, administer medications with diligence, and foster person-centred, compassionate care. A current NMC registration is required, with experience in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead care planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Document care using Nourish platform to keep care plans accurate.
• Administer medications with careful attention to safety.
• Promote residents' emotional and social wellbeing with a person-centred approach.
• Support and mentor colleagues to ensure confident, skilled care.
