Job summary

Renaissance Care Limited in Glasgow is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team for 33.75 hours a week on night shifts. You will lead care delivery, plan and document care through the Nourish platform, and mentor colleagues to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

You must hold current NMC registration and have experience with multi-disciplinary teams, medication administration, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams in care homes.
• Care planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Administer medications following safety procedures.
• Promote person-centred care and residents' independence.
