Job summary

Renaissance Care (Scotland) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Whitecraigs team for 33.75 hours per week on night shifts. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and ensure personalised care plans for residents.

You will mentor colleagues, follow Nourish-based documentation, and uphold safety standards to promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing in a supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and knowledge of the NMC code of conduct.
• Aware of Health and Safety procedures in nursing role.
• Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team and acting as Nurse in Charge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement care planning, documentation and evaluation of care.
• Administer medications following safety procedures.
• Mentor and support junior staff to ensure confidence and skill in their roles.
• Promote person-centred care and preserve residents’ independence and dignity.
