Job summary

Renaissance Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Rosepark to cover day and night shifts across 22.5 hours per week. You will lead the care team and support residents with a person-centred approach, ensuring safety and dignity in daily activities and clinical tasks.

You will document care planning and medication administration, mentor junior staff, and uphold Health and Safety protocols while maintaining compassionate, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Knowledge of professional care standards per the NMC code of conduct.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead care and promote wellbeing for residents.
• Contribute to care planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Administer medications with care and accuracy.
• Mentor and support junior staff and colleagues.
