Job summary

Renaissance Care (Scotland) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join Meadowlark Care Home on a night shift, 36.75 hours per week. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, compassionate care and ensure the residents' safety and wellbeing.

With current NMC registration and a strong commitment to professional standards, you will plan, document and review care plans, mentor colleagues, and administer medications while promoting dignity, independence and meaningful

Qualifications

• Must hold current NMC registration and comply with its standards.
• Familiar with the NMC code of conduct and clinical best practices.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team and acting as Nurse in Charge.

Responsibilities

• Lead care, lifestyle and wellbeing for residents with a person-centred approach.
• Care planning, documenting and evaluating care, and reporting via Nourish platform.
• Mentor and support colleagues; supervise night-shift staff and ensure safety.
• Administer medications with accuracy and compassion; promote independence.
