Job summary

Renaissance Care group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Meadowlark Care Home on night shift, working 36.75 hours per week. You will lead clinical care and support, ensuring residents receive dignified, person-centred support and maintaining accurate records through the Nourish platform.

The role requires current NMC registration and knowledge of professional standards. You will mentor team members, promote independence, and contribute to a positive care culture with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration and knowledge of the NMC code of conduct.
• Understanding of Health and Safety procedures in nursing care.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team and acting as Nurse in Charge.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care and support residents’ wellbeing.
• Lead and mentor junior staff; oversee care planning and documentation.
• Administer medications with accuracy and safety; ensure residents are valued and cared for.
• Support night shift operations and promote person-centred care.
