A leading healthcare company is seeking a Registered Nurse IV Therapy to work in Cardiff, providing individualised nursing care to patients requiring IV therapies. This role offers flexibility and the chance to work autonomously outside the hospital setting, administering care and training patients in a home environment. The ideal candidate will have a current NMC registration and experience in IV therapy management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to make clinical decisions are essential for success. Our Clinical Homecare Nursing team really loves what they do! Working in Partnership with our NHS colleagues to provide individualised quality nursing care to patients requiring Parenteral Nutrition and other IV therapies in the comfort of their own homes.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to work autonomously while delivering high-quality clinical care outside of a hospital setting.

Working with trusts and patients in Cardiff and the surrounding areas.
Monday to Sunday, 40 hours over 5 days per week on a rolling rota.
The shifts are structured as split shifts to accommodate patient needs. This means you will typically work around 4 hours in the morning to disconnect patients, and another 4 hours in the evening to reconnect them, with a break in the middle of the day. Flexibility is essential; some days may be longer or shorter depending on patient visits, but overall, the average is 40 hours per week.
The salary for the role is £35,091 per annum.
