Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience delivering nursing care in elderly health care settings is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop internal and external relationships with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high standards of person-centred care; assess residents and develop services to enhance quality of life.
• Develop, review and update care plans to meet changing needs.
• Oversee medicine management on shift in line with policies and legislation.
• Build and maintain a positive reputation; communicate with visitors, families and external stakeholders.
• Ensure resident experience from admission to discharge is positive.
• Participate in inspections and governance activities; readiness for visits.
