• Ability to develop, review and implement care plans.
• Experience in quality and clinical governance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high standards of person-centred care.
• Oversee medicine management on shift and ensure safe storage and administration.
• Develop and review care plans to meet residents' changing needs.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families and external stakeholders.
• Ensure resident experience from admission to discharge is positive.
• Support and participate in inspections and governance activities.
