Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience delivering nursing care in elderly health care settings is preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain care plans and assess residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality person-centred care, assessing residents’ needs and wishes.
• Develop and update care plans to reflect changing needs and preferences.
• Oversee medicine management in shift in line with policies and legislation.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and visitors.
• Support smooth admission, transfer and discharge experiences.
