Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in nursing or BSN.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• License: Active, unrestricted nursing license in the US.
• Experience: 24+ months as RN in primary care/clinical settings in last 36 months.
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and symptoms.
• Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments per orders and protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and self-care.
• Operate medical equipment and respond to status changes promptly.
• Maintain electronic health records and ensure HIPAA/compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs, nursing assistants, and students when appropriate.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
