Decypher is seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to obtain vital signs, perform portions of physical examinations, and administer medications. Job Summary: The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) will be responsible for obtaining vital signs and performing portions of physical examinations, administering medications via various routes, and documenting medical examinations and treatments. The role also includes preparing patients for diagnostics, assisting providers with procedures, and maintaining patient records. This role is PRN.

Key Responsibilities:
Work Environment & Schedule: PRNOnsite, Monday- Friday from 7:30- 4:30 with a 30-minute lunch break.
Compensation & Benefits: $ 25.00 per hour
Physical requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation while providing direct patient care. Ability to safely assist with patient transfers, perform repetitive clinical tasks, and respond quickly in emergency situations is required.
