Job summary

Care Concern Group is recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Silver Lodge Care Home in Leeds to provide clinically led care for residents with complex needs.

The role involves assessing needs, creating care plans, administering medications and leading shifts while maintaining dignity and wellbeing for residents. Training and progression into senior roles are available in a well-led environment.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN required and current nursing registration.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead shifts and support a care team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in complex care or mental health is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medications.
• Lead shifts and guide the care team to deliver safe, person-centred care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and respond to changing health needs.
