Job summary

Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a Nursing Home role covering dementia and complex care. Flexible shifts available, including weekends, with leadership responsibilities as Nurse in Charge.

You will deliver person-centred care, support residents with complex needs, and work with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high clinical standards. A UK NMC qualification and PIN are required, with a strong commitment to residents’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• NMC registration required.
• NMC PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
• Experience in nursing home or dementia care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and document care plans.
• Lead shifts as Nurse in Charge and ensure safe staffing.
• Provide holistic care including physical, emotional and spiritual support.
• Maintain safeguarding, infection control and clinical governance.
• Liaise with GPs and MDT members for coordinated care.
• Prepare MDT reports to support clinical decisions.
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote best practices.
