Oaklea Dementia Care Unit, part of Willinbrook Healthcare and within Ashlea Court Care Home, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to deliver clinically led, dementia-specific care. The role covers complex physical and mental health needs, medication administration, and care planning in a structured, supportive environment.

You will lead shifts, support a care team, and ensure high standards of documentation and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Confidence leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in complex care or mental health is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assess residents' needs and develop review care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor health status.
• Lead shifts and support care team on duty.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safe, person-centred care.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.
