Job summary

Hazelbrook Care Home in Leicester is recruiting a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care for residents with dementia and complex needs. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and ensure safe medication administration.

You will provide clinical leadership during shifts, supporting colleagues and maintaining a calm, therapeutic environment focused on dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience supporting residents with dementia or complex nursing needs is desirable.
• Strong clinical knowledge including medication management and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ clinical needs and develop personalised care plans.
• Ensure safe medication administration and monitor health changes.
• Provide clinical leadership during shifts and guide best practice.
