Job summary

Silver Lodge Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to deliver high-quality, clinically led care in a specialist complex care setting. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications and lead shifts, guiding the care team with sound clinical judgement.

The role offers ongoing training, funded development, and clear progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
• Confidence leading shifts and supporting a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in complex care or mental health is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, clinically led care within a specialist complex care setting.
• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in health.
• Lead shifts, support and guide the care team, and make informed clinical decisions.
• Respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a well-organised, structured environment.
