Oaklea Dementia Care Unit, within Ashlea Court Care Home, is part of Willinbrook Healthcare and provides specialist dementia care for up to 26 residents. The Senior Care Assistant will support the delivery of high quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs and lead a small team on shift.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth shift operations, monitoring residents, and maintaining accurate records while communicating with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifikationen

• SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is the minimum requirement.
• Level 3 is desirable or willingness to work towards
• Medication administration training with competency is required.

• Support delivery of high quality, person-centred care for residents with complex needs.
• Oversee medication and monitor residents' wellbeing.
• Follow and review care plans and maintain accurate records.
