Job summary

St Luke's care home in Leeds is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead by example, proactively manage the care team and deliver person-centred nursing care that keeps residents first. You’ll motivate your team and act as a role model for clinical excellence across the home, reporting directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead.

To apply you must be an RGN with an active NMC PIN, have a genuine passion for elderly care and bring significant care-home experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading by example- You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.

Person-centred care- Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first.

Excellent nursing care- providing nursing care and interventions where needed.

Team leadership- Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.
