Job summary

AA Euro Recruitment UK is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our well-established client in Hitchin on a permanent night shift role.

This 33-hour week across three day shifts (08:00–20:00) requires EMAR experience and full eligibility to work in the UK, with no visa sponsorship available. The successful candidate will provide clinical oversight and support a person-centred care approach within a residential, dementia care setting.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our well-established client based in Hitchin on a permanent basis.

This role is specifically for a Registered Nurse to work 3 day shifts per week, totalling 33 hours. The shifts run from 08:00 to 20:00

Essential Requirement - EMAR Experience

Applicants MUST have previous experience using EMAR (Electronic Medication Administration Records).

This is an essential requirement for the position. Candidates without EMAR experience will not be considered.

• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and report concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RN).
• Previous hands-on experience using EMAR is essential.
• Previous nursing experience within a care home, nursing home or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
