Job summary

AA Euro Group in Hitchin is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our care team on a permanent basis. This role focuses on leading night shifts (20:00–08:00), covering 33 hours per week across three shifts, with EMAR experience required.

The successful candidate will work within a well-established residential, nursing and dementia care provider, delivering person-centred care, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while upholding professional

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration as an Registered Nurse (RGN/RN).
• EMAR experience is essential.
• Experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting.
• Full eligibility to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical night shifts and provide oversight.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate personalised care plans.
• Administer medications safely, including EMAR usage.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Support and mentor care staff within a multidisciplinary team.
• Escalate clinical concerns and liaise with healthcare professionals.
