Skycare is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse for an 80-bed care home just outside Luton. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are welcome. Day or night shifts, full-time or part-time roles, and a starting pay of £18 per hour (negotiable) with paid breaks are offered.

You will assess health needs, plan and administer nursing care, maintain records, and support residents with dignity and respect. Comprehensive induction and career development available.

Formación

• NMC PIN is required and must be in good standing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
• Experience delivering nursing care to elderly residents.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient health problems and needs; develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain records.
• Administer nursing care and medications as prescribed.
• Document health status and progress; communicate with families and healthcare team.
• Provide direct patient care including wound care, hygiene, feeding and vital signs monitoring.
