Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with care home experience.
• Hold a valid UK NMC PIN (no restrictions).
• Ability to work on shift/rota pattern.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a similar role and strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead, support and train junior staff.
• Clear DBS and two satisfactory references.
