SkyCare in Southwell, Nottinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our 82-bed residential care home. You will assess residents, administer medications, and deliver high-quality, compassionate care with dignity.

A supportive team environment and opportunities for progression are offered. Requirements include an active UK NMC PIN, experience in a care home, the ability to work shifts, and clear DBS with two references.

Qualifications

• Valid UK NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care home caring for older people.
• Ability to work on shift/rota pattern.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Clear DBS and 2 satisfactory references.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health problems and plan nursing care.
• Administer medications and monitor treatment as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with NMC Code.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Support junior staff and mentor colleagues.
• Contribute to continuous training and professional development.
