Job summary
Exemplar Health Care is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Fairwinds care home in Rotherham (S61 1AJ). The role covers RGN, RMN and RNLD with shifts of 48 hours or 2 x 24 hours, paying up to £19.58 per hour.
You will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care for adults with complex needs, supported by a strong team and extensive training opportunities. The position requires NMC PIN, a calm and capable leader, and a commitment to best practice in nursing with opportunities to develop
Qualifications
- First-level nursing registration with NMC PIN.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Registered Nurses from Adult/Mental Health/Learning Disability backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan and implement care for the people we support.
- Provide person-centred and evidence-based nursing care.
- Develop collaborative needs-based care plans through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Safe administration of medication.
- Promote health and wellbeing.
- Be the Nurse in Charge of a small unit whilst on shift.
- Manage situations when people display behaviours which may challenge.
- Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect.
