Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) for Hylton Grange care home in Sunderland (SR4). You’ll join a forward-thinking provider with high staffing levels and strong training pathways across day and night shifts.

You’ll be responsible for holistic, person-centred care and safe medication administration. The role requires a first-level nursing registration with an NMC PIN and experience caring for adults with complex needs.

Competenze

• Current NMC PIN and registered nurse status.
• Experience caring for adults with complex or high acuity needs.
• Flexible to work days and nights across shifts.
• Commitment to person-centred, evidence-based care.

Mansioni

• Assess, plan and implement care for residents on your unit.
• Provide safe medication administration and monitoring.
• Develop and review needs-based care plans with the team.
• Promote independence, dignity and choice for residents.
• Act as Nurse in Charge on shift and support junior staff.
