Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) for Eastlands care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to adults with complex needs, while supporting independence and daily living skills.

You must hold a first-level NMC registration with a valid PIN. The role offers a bank, 0-hour contract with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for training and career progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

First-level nursing registration with an NMC PIN.
Registered Nurses from all backgrounds (Adult, Mental Health and Learning Disability).
Ability to provide person-centred and evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan and implement care for the people we support.
Provide person-centred and evidence-based nursing care.
Develop collaborative needs-based care plans through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Safe administration of medication
Promote health and wellbeing
Be the Nurse in Charge of a small unit whilst on shift
Manage situations when people display behaviours which may challenge
Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect
