NHS Lanarkshire has an excellent and exciting opportunity to join an inspiring District Nursing Team based in Kenilworth Health Centre.
The post holder will be a Registered Nurse who will support the community nursing service in delivering high-quality healthcare. You will be responsible for providing skilled nursing interventions, ensuring a person-centred approach to care that is safe and effective to maintain quality standards. You will provide accessible, high-quality care to all age groups in the community, working in partnership with patients, care providers, and other agencies.

We serve a population of 655,000 across rural and urban areas in North and South Lanarkshire. Our services include hospital-based acute care, primary healthcare, and social care services through integrated partnerships.
Please note: a full UK/EU/EEA license is required for driving roles.
Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours per week
This role is based in the Community Nursing Team at Kenilworth Health Centre.
The working hours are 24/7, from 8 am to 10 pm.
