The Role

NHS Lanarkshire has an excellent and exciting opportunity to join an inspiring District Nursing Team based in Kenilworth Health Centre.

The post holder will be a Registered Nurse who will support the community nursing service in the delivery of the highest quality of health care and will be responsible and accountable for providing skilled nursing interventions as appropriate and will ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy. You will be expected to provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality and effective care service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with patients, care providers and other agencies.

• Working knowledge of basic information technology
• Car Driver with a full, valid UK/EU/EEA licence
