Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care and a valid NMC PIN.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and support students as a practice supervisor and assessor.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and professional behaviours.

• Advocate and deliver person-centred care for residents and their families.
• Recognise signs of safeguarding concerns and report per policy; attend safeguarding training.
