HC-One is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home teams. You will work in a nurse-led environment, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents and supporting their families.

You will have at least 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care, a valid NMC PIN, and a commitment to professional standards. You will mentor colleagues and supervise students, with safeguarding woven into daily practice.

• Provide person-centred care to residents in a nurse-led home.
• Mentor and supervise student nurses and junior team members.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
