Job summary

HC-One Limited, The Kind Care Company, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for bank shifts across our care homes in the UK. You will work in a nurse-led environment, delivering person-centred care, building trust with Residents and families, and contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will hold a current NMC PIN, have at least 12 months experience in health or social care, and be committed to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• At least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
• Commitment to professional standards as outlined by the NMC.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centred care in a nurse-led environment.
• Support Residents and families with life-changing decisions.
• Mentor and supervise student nurses and colleagues as needed.
