HC-One, The Kind Care Company, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate care home teams in Wales. You’ll work in a nurse-led environment, delivering person-centred care and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to support Residents and their families.

With at least 12 months in health or social care and a valid NMC PIN, you’ll mentor colleagues, supervise students, and uphold safeguarding and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and at least 12 months' experience in health or social care.
• Demonstrates person-centred care and professional standards.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and supervise students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, nurse-led care to Residents in a care home.
• Make complex clinical decisions in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues and students.
