Job summary

HC-One Limited is recruiting Registered Nurses to join our Kind Care teams in a care home setting. You will provide compassionate, patient-focused care, support residents and their families, and work within a nurse-led multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires a valid NMC PIN and at least 12 months’ experience in health or social care, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and supervise students while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care.
• Valid NMC PIN and commitment to professional standards.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and support students.
• Clear communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents and families.
• Mentor colleagues and act as practice supervisor/assessor to students.
• Recognise safeguarding concerns and report them promptly.
• Work within a nurse-led, multi-disciplinary team.
