HC-One Ltd. is seeking kind, compassionate Registered Nurses to join our care home teams. Your NMC pin and at least 12 months’ experience in health or social care will enable you to deliver person-centred care and mentor students within a nurse-led environment.

You’ll work to support Residents and families, uphold safeguarding, and benefit from extensive learning and professional development opportunities in a values-driven organisation.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin.
Minimum 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

Provide nurse-led care to Residents and families.
Mentor and supervise students as a practice supervisor.
Support colleagues and participate in safeguarding and professional development.
