Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)

Overview

Three Shires Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team on a bank basis. This role involves working on an "as and when required" basis to support staffing during busy periods, staff absences, or annual leave.

Duties Include:

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritize care, and update care plans accordingly.
• Monitor vital signs, recognize changes in condition, and escalate appropriately using clinical judgment.
• Administer medications safely and effectively in accordance with hospital policies and the NMC Code.
• Maintain accurate, legible, and timely nursing documentation, including assessments, care plans, and observations.
• Ensure all care complies with NMC standards, clinical governance, and hospital policies.
• Identify and report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks following hospital procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience working in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in IT systems used for patient records and care planning.
• Previous experience in relevant specialties (e.g., surgical, medical, outpatient, orthopaedics, critical care) is desirable.
