Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN) seeking control and flexibility in your work schedule?

If you’re a nurse looking for extra shifts to boost your income or a flexible job that fits around your lifestyle, you can join our nurse staff bank. After completing a paid two-week induction, you'll gain access to available nursing shifts at Stanley House, with the potential to work regionally at other Elysium services across the area.

There is no minimum number of hours to work, although working regularly is recommended to maintain your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service.

Shifts are available on weekdays, nights, and weekends, and can be easily viewed and booked through our app. Within a few taps, you'll secure the shifts at St Neots that suit you.

Whether your experience comes from the NHS or private sector, you can join as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift for annual leave, along with benefits like free meals on duty, free parking, and more.

What you will be doing:

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to men and women with neurological conditions in a modern, purpose-built hospital. You will support your colleagues, promote teamwork, and make a positive difference to some of society's most vulnerable people, staying engaged and motivated in your role.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour shifts. As a bank nurse, you'll be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose your shifts each week.

Requirements:

• A relevant nursing qualification
• NMC registration
• Previous experience in a similar setting
• Strong teamwork skills
• A high level of self-motivation and flexibility

You will be working at St Neots Hospital, providing care, therapeutic, and rehabilitation pathways for individuals affected by neurological or mental health conditions, including those with challenging behavior. The hospital offers assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and complex care for both males and females, supported by a highly experienced on-site team.
