Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN) seeking control and flexibility over your shifts? After completing a paid two-week induction, you'll have access to nursing shifts at Stanley House and the potential to work regionally at other Elysium services across the area.
There is no minimum hours requirement; however, working regularly helps maintain your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service. Shifts are available on weekdays, nights, and weekends, easily viewable and bookable via an app, allowing you to select shifts with a few taps.
As a Bank Nurse, you will earn an hourly rate with a 12.07% uplift for holiday pay, along with benefits such as free meals on duty, free parking, and more. Your responsibilities include providing high-quality, evidence-based care to men and women with neurological conditions in a modern hospital, supporting colleagues, and promoting teamwork.
The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour shifts. As a bank nurse, you'll be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the flexibility to choose your shifts each week.
