Job summary

Akari Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for its residential homes to deliver hands-on clinical and medical care to residents while leading a care team. The role focuses on ensuring residents feel secure, respected and have their dignity upheld in a welcoming environment.

You will coach and mentor staff, build strong relationships with residents and families, and contribute to ongoing training and development within a supportive, funded training program.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions.
• Unrestricted DBS check.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a care team.
• Warm, approachable and engaging manner.
