Job summary

Gaia Recruitment is seeking a registered nurse to assess claimants across multiple channels, including face-to-face, phone and video. You will review medical evidence and produce clear reports for the DWP, without diagnosing or treating.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, hybrid work, and development through paid training with mentoring, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• NMC Level 1 registration without restrictions.
• 12+ months' post-registration UK experience.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Confident IT and typing skills.

Registration line: NMC Level 1 registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with no restrictions

• £45,000 (PIP) or £48,000 (WCA), rising to £47,000-£49,000
• Up to 10% quality and performance bonus once approved
• Pay rises at 6 and 12 months
• Fully paid 6-month training with clinical tutors and mentoring
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. No nights, weekends or bank holidays
• Hybrid: 3 days at our xx centre, 2 days from home
