Job summary

Gaia Recruitment seeks a Registered Nurse for episodic work assessing claimants for DWP. Roles include face-to-face, phone, or video assessments with reports written for DWP. No medical treatment, just evaluation and documentation.

Hybrid role in Newport, Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00, with 25 days annual leave and pension contributions. Requires NMC registration and UK post-registration experience.

Qualifications

• NMC Level 1 registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with no restrictions.
• 12+ months' post-registration UK experience.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Confident IT and typing skills.

• £45,000 (PIP) or £48,000 (WCA), rising to £47,000-£49,000
• Up to 10% quality and performance bonus once approved
• Pay rises at 6 and 12 months
• Fully paid 6-month training with clinical tutors and mentoring
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. No nights, weekends or bank holidays
• Hybrid: 3 days at our Newport centre, 2 days from home
